Mindfulness Books: Sometimes our mind is so full of thoughts that it is very difficult for us to focus on one thing and whenever something like this happens to us it causes tension, headache, stress, anxiety, etc. Thus, we need to have maintained awareness of our thoughts, and sensations, which is known as mindfulness. Many people practice mindfulness to help them enhance their health, whereas some do it to explore themselves, or some take it as a part of a spiritual path.

Science researchers say that practicing mindfulness helps in changing structure and functioning of our brain and helps in reducing stress.
