Scientists believe that these therapies are used to treat diseases like insomnia, wound healing, arthritis pain, headaches, and fibromyalgia pain.

Though magnetic therapy is usually sage for most the people. But, it should not be used by those who have pacemakers, or insulin pumps and are pregnant.

The magnetic therapy practitioners say that, the magnetic fields produced from the negative pole of the magnet have healing powers in them.

They are thought to stimulate metabolism, create a less acidic environment in the body, and help in increasing the amount of oxygen available to the body cells.
